Returns are accepted on unopened items within 14 days of purchase. No returns accepted on Beauty From Bees, Om Organics and refilled items, as these are final sales.

Returns will be issued as a store credit and subject to a 5% restocking fee. Cash purchases will not be subject to a restocking fee.

We strongly suggest ensuring your purchase is recorded under your name to allow for returns and store credit.
